IMPORTANT Child Safety message

The Beaumaris Junior Football Club is committed to promoting and protecting the
safety and wellbeing of all children and young people.

In line with Safeguarding Children & Young People, the Club’s Child Safety Officer,
Helen Burton, is available to players and families who wish to make an enquiry or
raise any concerns about child safety. Helen will respond promptly to any concerns
raised - (03) 9875 8225 or child.safety.officer@beaumarisfc.com.au.

At the Junior Club Committee meeting on 12 May 2026, there are several measures that will take effect immediately:

1. No photography or filming in change rooms
Photos or videos can only be taken outside of change rooms. This includes recording players singing the club song as well as any photos of players receiving recognition or awards.

2. Change room access limited to officials
Only players and authorised club officials are permitted in the change rooms before, during and after matches. This includes parents or guardians who are formally performing an official role for that game (for example, wearing a bib, goal umpire coat or timekeeper), or those holding a recognised club committee or pathway role.
