Beaumaris Football Club Junior Boys/Mixed and Girls Football Coach Coordinator Roles

Objectives of each role:

To coordinate, appoint, educate and evaluate all coaches at training and on match days,
To provide support to the Executive and Committee members in matters relating to football operations,
Key influencer in developing and maintaining a positive club culture, particularly as it relates to Junior Players.

Skill Set:
· Communication, negotiation and mediation skills,
· Maintain confidentiality on relevant matters,
· Manage and supervise coaches, working closely with the AGC’s and the other Coaching Directors in the Junior football program,
· Be able to conduct coaching assessments and evaluations of coaches – during and post season,
· Enthusiastic and positive with a passion for helping coaches improve,
· Good questioning skills.

A remuneration package will be discussed with the successful applicant.
