The SMJFL is excited to announce the return of the AFL Nines – SMJFL competition this October – a fun, fast and social way to keep active during the warmer months.

AFL Nines is a modified, non-contact version of footy played in a relaxed and inclusive environment. It is a great opportunity for your current players to stay connected, while also welcoming friends and new faces who may not have played club footy before. Whether it is staying involved post-season, reconnecting with mates, or introducing new people to the game, AFL Nines offers something for everyone.

Competition Details
Date: Tuesday October 21 – Tuesday December 2 (6 weeks)
Location: Caulfield Park
Time: 5pm – 8pm (exact times will be provided once fixture is released)
Team Size: Nine-a-side with unlimited rotating substitutes
Cost: $90 per player

Competitions Available

U14 Boys and Girls (Players born between 1 Jan 2012 and 31 Dec 2013)
U16 Boys and Girls (Players born between 1 Jan 2009 and 31 Dec 2011)

If you are interested in registering a team, please get one (1) person from your team to register:
